LEGAL
Terms & Conditions
Effective: September 13, 2026
These terms govern use of this website. Clinical services may also be subject to separate consent, intake, payment, cancellation and clinical-care terms provided to patients during registration.
1. Website information
The information on this website is provided for general information about Dr. Paul’s ADHD Clinic and its services. It is not a substitute for an individual medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
2. No emergency service
This website, its forms and clinic email are not emergency or crisis services and are not continuously monitored. If you are in immediate danger or require emergency medical attention, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
3. No clinician-patient relationship from website use
Browsing this website, sending an enquiry or submitting a booking request does not by itself establish a clinician-patient relationship or guarantee acceptance for assessment or treatment. A clinical relationship begins only after the clinic has accepted the person for care and the applicable intake and consent process has been completed.
4. Eligibility and clinical decisions
Services are subject to clinical appropriateness, professional standards, availability and applicable law. Assessment does not guarantee a particular diagnosis, medication, prescription or treatment. Clinical recommendations are based on the information available and professional judgment.
5. Fees
Current website prices describe the listed stages of the assessment pathway. Any additional or ongoing-care fees, payment terms, cancellation rules, refunds or other charges will be communicated as applicable before the relevant service. Website pricing may be updated prospectively; confirmed services remain subject to the terms provided at booking.
6. Accuracy of information you provide
You are responsible for providing information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and for updating the clinic when relevant information changes. For children or others represented by another person, the person submitting information confirms that they are authorized to do so.
7. Virtual care
Virtual services depend on appropriate technology, privacy, identity verification and the clinician’s ability to provide the service safely and appropriately. The clinic may recommend or require an alternative form of assessment or care when virtual care is not suitable.
8. Privacy
Use of personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit sensitive medical information through the general website enquiry form.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Dr. Paul’s ADHD Clinic and may not be reproduced, republished or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, their availability, content or privacy practices. Their own terms may apply.
11. Website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or change website content or functionality when reasonably necessary.
12. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
